City & Hackney Urgent Healthcare Social Enterprise was a Community Benefit Society set up to provide urgent healthcare to the local community.

Our locally-focused, high-quality out of hours (OOH) service began in December 2013. 

CHUHSE provided GP out of hours for City and Hackney until

8:00 am on 1st April 2019

Base services are now provided by Homerton University Hospital and Home Visits by Tower Hamlets GP Care Group CIC
